Lucinda Ann Skinner Heiner, wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, and friend, passed away October 24, 2017. She was interred October 28 at the Bedford cemetery. She was loved dearly by those who knew her and will be sorely missed. She is survived by her mother Dorothy Skinner; her brothers: Robert, Kay, and Bruce; her sisters: Valorie Stokes and Sonia Coziah; her husband: Jim Heiner; her children: John and Chris Heiner, Kathrine Paget, Laura Hawkes, Samantha, Phillip, and Richard Heiner; and her grandchildren: Dallin and Dailee Blundell, Pria Heiner, Chloe and Carter Heiner, Michael, Isaac, Levi, Matthew, Mara and Rebecca Paget, Aspen, Hallee, Camden and Ryklan Hawkes, Sailee Horton, and Elliot and Oliver Heiner.
