Lower Valley Energy is warning its customers that an unauthorized web link for online payments exists on the internet, which may have already been utilized by some of its members.
In a statement posted over the weekend, Lower Valley Energy reminded it’s members that when making an online payment, it must be done through it’s website, lvenergy.com, or on the smart hub app.
Lower Valley Energy said they cannot guarantee payment will be received and credited to your account if made through a third party link.
