(Video) – Star Valley basketball on the road in Pinedale

It’s the end of the regular season as Star Valley travels to Pinedale for a Thursday night clash.

The Star Valley Medical Center Pre-game Show will begin just after 5 p.m. from Pinedale High School

The Lady Braves (9-10)(2-3) will be looking to even up their overall and Southwest record as they tip it up against Pinedale (3-18)(0-5). The Star Valley girls defeated Pinedale in their previous meeting this season 46-16.

Depending on the weekend’s results, the Lady Braves could meet up with Cody, Riverton or Lander in the opening round of the 3A West Regionals beginning on March 1.

The boys game will put the Braves (8-11)(5-0) against the Wranglers (10-11)(2-3) in the final game of the season. Star Valley has already wrapped up the #1 seed in the Southwest but the Wranglers can still even up their record and potentially move into the #2 seed over Mountain View. Star Valley defeated Pinedale in Afton earlier in the season, 65-46.

The Braves will face the Powell Panthers in the opening round of the 3A West Regionals next week.
