• Hale retired after 31 years in the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Command

Beginning his military career at the age of 18, Zach Hale has served our nation through his service, resulting in a recent Meritorious Service Medal. He humbly shared that one of the highlights of his career was training others as well as when he was moved to an audiologist position.
Hale shared that most of his 31 years of service was working as an audiologist, lastly with the 7252 Medical Support Unit in Fort Harrison, Montana.
With a deep-rooted family history of serviceman, Hale was not hesitant to join the Army himself. “I’ve had grandparents and great-grandparents serve.” He continued to share that many other relatives, including uncles and more have served in the past.
After receiving the Meritorious Service Medal, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis also reached out to Hale to thank him for his “years of service to our nation.”
Hale currently works as an Audiologist at Star Valley Health. After retiring from the Army this past year, Hale says he looks forward to spending more time hiking, fishing and just enjoying being outdoors.
As a community, we continue to share our thanks to all those who served and who are currently serving our great nation.
