Kemmerer High School’s Malachi Villarreal called into First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday to discuss winning the state championship and breaking the state record in both the 200 and 500 Freestyle during the Wyoming Boys State Swimming Event. Villarreal was also named the 3A athlete of the meet.
