Hidden Oasis Spa & Wellness and Ripp’d Nutrition open now in Thayne

Hidden Oasis Spa & Wellness and Ripp’d Nutrition has now recently opened in Thayne to provide an overall physical wellness option for people in the community.

Owners Nick & Stacey Titensor say they started re-modeling their location back in August, but they both have been wanting to start a business like this for years now.

“So, I’ve been certified to do what I will be offering since 2017,” Stacey said. “Nick has been wanting to do supplements as well.”

She says she used to work in a dermatologist’s office and so she has been assisting in some of these services they are offering for a while now.

She says there will be a lot to offer at their location. One thing they offer is a professional skincare line. There will also be essential oils, lotion, and body care items. She says she is also excited to offer botox, fillers, chemical pills, facials, and IV therapy.

“Botox can have benefits for headaches and jaw pain,” Stacey said. “It also relaxes the muscles in the face which gives us a younger, youthful look.”

She says in that process she will clean the skin first and then she will do small injections at specific locations on the face. She also says the IV therapy can help with many things.

“There’s new ones that help with beauty,” Stacey said. “Several that help with like immune boosts and peak performance. So, it’s going to help with your body’s functions and help you heal from illnesses.”

She says the IV will have nutrients in the bag of fluid but the difference is this goes right into your bloodstream. If you get IV treatment at the hospital it goes through the digestive system and is broken down.

“So, you’re getting 100% of the nutrients,” Stacey said.

She says with facials you come in, relax, and she cleanses your skin. She also says she will go over your skin concerns and then based on your needs recommend any products that will help. She says this also includes touch therapy.

“Like a facial massage,” Stacey said.

She says chemical pills is like “an exfoliation” which removes dead skin cells. She says they can do one to three applications “of this skin.”  She says it depends on how many times you’re getting this treatment or if you’re new.

“What’s great is I can customize (treatments),” Stacey said. “I’ve several options of the product I use so that it’s specific to my client’s needs.”

Nick says the Ripp’d Nutrition has been a passion of his for some time now. He has been lifting and using supplements for many years now.

“I’ve always wanted to have those supplements available to everyone in the valley,” Nick said of Ripp’d Nutrition.

He says this is a lot of proteins, Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA), various multivitamins, and fat loss products.

“It may look like it’s more tailored to those who are just into weightlifting and sports and stuff,” Nick said. “But really overall wellness. It’s really hard for people to get enough protein in their diets. “BCAAs are going to be used by everyone. It’s just going to make you feel better, especially if you are lifting. You’re going to have better endurance, better performance, more strength.”

He says since he has been doing this a long time he will be able to help regardless of what your goals are. Whether you are wanting to gain muscle, lose weight, or both. The Ripp’d Nutrition is not available on stores like Amazon and so Nick says it is fairly exclusive.

The address of location is 480 South Main Street in Thayne and they are currently opened Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The owners did say they are open to adjusting those hours based on customer feedback. They will also be open some Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM. Click here for their Facebook page.
