Traffic was slowed on U.S. Highway 89 on Monday evening following a two-vehicle accident two miles north of Thayne.

The accident took place at approximately 5:30 p.m. February 12. According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), the crash involved a Ford Focus and a Jeep.

The LCSO reported that there were minor injuries. One of those involved was a pregnant woman who was transported to Star Valley Medical Center for precautionary reasons.
