The Wyoming Department of Transportation is anticipating an April 1st start date for construction work in Kemmerer.

WYDOT says that bridge subcontractor Coldwater Group will begin work on the two bridges at the intersection of US 189 and US 30 Bypass in Kemmerer.  The work at these structures is anticipated to take until early June to complete.

According to WYDOT, travelers should expect lane restriction from the usual four lanes down to two lanes during the construction.  Traffic delays are expected to be occasional.

Paving and other miscellaneous activities will follow the bridge work later in the summer.
