The Lincoln County Fair Board displays exhibits in Community booths. Anyone who feels like a part of a community may exhibit in that community booth whether or not he or she actually lives within the boundary lines of that community.
All open class exhibits from each community will be placed in the community booth, with the exception of flowers; they will be placed in the flower booth. However, they will count toward the community prizes.
All community booth chairmen must provide sufficient help during the judging to assure that all entries are brought promptly to the judges’ table when the classes are called. They must provide helpers to watch the booth during the hours that the building is open to the public.
Booths will be judged and 1st, 2nd, 3rd place awarded, based on expression of the theme and overall appearance, not on the number of entries.
