Here’s a look at what’s happening in the district in the coming weeks.

• Cokeville Elementary
Cokeville Elementary School will follow its regular schedule this week.

• Thayne Elementary
Parents, please be aware that classes start at 7:50 a.m. Children should be finished with Breakfast and seated well before that starting time.
School Pictures will be taken on Thursday, September 5.

• Afton Elementary
Summer reading papers are due on Friday, September 6.
The Kindergarten Teddy Bear Clinic at Star Valley Health has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 18 from noon to 2:30 p.m. Have your kindergarten student bring a stuffed animal from home on that day.
There will be no school on Friday, September 27.
School picture day at Afton Elementary will be Thursday, October 3.

• Etna Elementary
School Picture Day will take place on Thursday, September 5.

• Osmond Elementary
Vision and Hearing Screenings at Osmond Elementary will take place on Monday, September 9.
Our banking program will begin on Tuesday, September 10.
There will be a PTO meeting on Thursday, September 12, starting at 10 a.m.

• SV Middle School
Looking forward in the calendar, Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on November 12 and November 13.

• Swift Creek High School
Swift Creek High School will follow its regular schedule this week.

• Cokeville Junior/ Senior High School:
Hearing and vison screenings will take place at Cokeville High School on Tuesday, September 10.
Cokeville’s Homecoming games and celebration will take place on Friday, September 20

• Star Valley High School
Fall sports are underway at Star Valley High School.
Student Picture Day will be Wednesday, September 4 at Star Valley High School.
