Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon spoke to radio listeners in western Wyoming as part of the Weekday Wakeup morning show on SVI Radio.  The Governor was asked about current health orders and what needs to happen for those orders to be relaxed when they expire at the end of April, and if decisions to rescind some of the orders can be done county by county rather than statewide.  The Governor also touched on the current financial status of Wyoming in light of crashing oil prices.
