The Lincoln County Commission has started working with Dr. Chris Krell, county health officer on a process to open some businesses. Dr. Krell is part of the Lincoln County Public Health Office.
The changes come as Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon announced on Thursday, April 23, 2020 corona-virus-related orders will be modified in the coming weeks, with specific notations made for barbers and salons.
Commissioner Jerry Harmon said on the SVI Weekday Wakeup program Monday, April 27, 2020 that applications specific to Wyoming businesses have already started the process of seeking a variance for opening soon. He noted two businesses have submitted letters and applications for exemptions in preparation for the state changes coming in May.
