◆ Commissary at 32-inches
The latest mid November snow storms added to the early winter snow depths in Star Valley’s high country.
As of Tuesday, Nov. 17, Commissary Ridge, at the 9,300 foot elevation had a 32-inch snow depth.
Blind Bull, at 8,300-feet, had 17-inches and the Box Y Lodge along the Greys River, at an elevation of 6,300-feet had 13-inches of snow.
The Bridger-Teton National Forest Avalanche Center reported moderate snow conditions at the higher elevations on Tuesday.
Additional snow storms are expected Wednesday and Thursday, before a sunny weekend on the Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 21-22.
