The following is a press release from the Wyoming Department of Transportation
The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) will begin repair work on the Freedom bridge on WYO 239 over the Salt River at mile marker 0.94. Contract crews will be replacing the bent cap under the bridge. Due to the nature of the work, traffic will be reduced to one lane, with alternating traffic in each direction controlled by a traffic signal.
There will be an oversize load restriction of 10-feet in place for the duration of the project. Work is expected to be completed by February 10.
