The Bar J Wranglers plan to hang their hats following the upcoming 2021 season, which will be their last year of performing western music and serving meals at the Bar J Chuckwagon in Wilson, Wyoming. The announcement was made on the group’s Facebook page Wednesday, February 3.
The statement posted reads “We are grateful for the generations of families and fans who have come out to see us these past 43 years, and for the support, enthusiasm and comradery of the Jackson Hole community. Our final season dates are Friday, May 28, 2021 through Monday, September 6, 2021. Join us this summer in making our final season our best season ever! The Bar J Wranglers were founded by Babe Humphrey in 1977. The group performs 7 nights a week during the summer months.
