Much of Wyoming was shut down on Monday, March 15, as storm put down anywhere from two to three feet of snow across the Front Range. Drifts were even bigger causing snowplows to get stuck and city officials to tell residents to stay off the roads.
The 66th Wyoming Legislature was also shut down with members unable to return to Cheyenne. Two members who were already there helped take care of some of the snow that made its way into the ceiling of the Capitol building.
