“The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a fatal ATV accident occurred in Dry Creek Canyon on Monday, June 14.

Captain Brian Andrews said the person was riding by themselves and appears to have lost control of the 4-wheeler and rolled. A group coming out of the canyon found the person.

The Lincoln County Coroners Office identified the deceased rider as 44-year-old Leah Darby, originally from California. Darby had been living with her uncle in the Afton area for the past few months.”
