The City of Kemmerer and Town of Diamondville hosted a public meeting on Thursday, November 10. Leaders with Kemmerer Decarbonization Works presented at the meeting and took questions form the public. The company is looking to build a new facility in south Lincoln County that would turn coal from Kemmerer Operations Coal Mine into ammonium.
