Lyrics
[Verse 1]
We were shadows in the moonlight
I didn’t even know your name
Dancing like trees in the night breeze
Listen as the music played
[Pre-Chorus]
I was running with my eyes closed just howlin’ at the wind
And lost all the air from lungs when you walked in
[Chorus]
How long until you run away with my heart
How long until you run away with my heart
I knew you were trouble from the start
[Verse 2]
You came to me like a vision
The way you looked like a dream
And the smoke-filled room
It felt like heaven to me
[Pre-Chorus]
You rattlеd my bones, you got under my skin (Under my skin)
And took all thе air from my lungs when you walked in
[Chorus]
How long until you run away with my heart (Until you run away)
How long until you run away with my heart
I knew you were trouble from the start
[Bridge]
There’s no oceans in the desert but it didn’t feel that way
Like an earthquake shapes the rivers, everything inside of me changed
When you walked into the room in knew that I would never be the same
[Break]
How long until you run away with my heart
I knew you were trouble from the start
[Chorus]
How long until you run away with my heart (Until you run away)
How long until you run away with my heart (Until you run away)
How long until you run away with my heart
I knew you were trouble from the start
