• Reid’s show offers music and history
Afton’s historic Ford Theatre welcomes professional musician, singer and entertainer, Brett Reid to the stage, Friday, August 25 at 7 p.m. Reid presents a Country Legends show filled with country music favorites and stories about the music that fans love.
According to saltriverarts.com, “Brett will be taking us back to the best decades in country music and the songs that still resonate today. Brett takes the stage to pay tribute to country legends and their music. The songs, and the stories behind the music, will keep you toe-tapping and reminiscing.”
Reid is from southern Idaho and travels throughout the western region sharing his guitar and vocals along with a history of the songs in his show. According to brettreidmusic.com, “His guitar skills and smooth vocals offer a unique musical experience. Brett Reid’s music spans many genres: Folk, Folk Rock, Classic Country, Classic Rock. He also specializes in the easy listening hits of the 70’s and 80’s including Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Jim Croce, Gordon Lightfoot, the Eagles, and the band America. Brett’s music guarantees a musical experience not soon forgotten.”
