Star Valley folks who are interested in improving their health and wellbeing have the opportunity to attend a Night of Health and Hope event at Gather on 89 this evening, Wednesday, May 29 at 7 p.m. Presenters Bryan Drollinger and Spencer and Stephanie Sloan will be sharing information about the “Habits of Health Transformational System” that they live by and share to support people in transforming their health and wellness lifestyle.
Drollinger has 23 years of experience guiding people in their journey toward improved health, and over the past two years, the Sloan’s have helped 90 people reclaim their health by applying the guidelines of the program.
Admission to the event is free for everyone, but the first 20 guests to arrive will receive a meal of lean meat and vegetables prepared by Shaun Gardner of Stuft Catering.
“The program emphasizes the importance of the ‘Habits of Health Transformational System’ as a cornerstone for achieving and maintaining long-term health and wellness,” Sloan shared in an email to SVI Media last week.” Key principals of the program include a system that “focuses on building new, healthier behaviors that replace old, unhealthy habits,” which is crucial for sustainable weight loss and overall well-being.”
The system offers educational resources, including books, workbooks, and online tools that “educate participants on nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being.” With the knowledge contained in the resources, students of the program are empowered to create a more informed health plan and more educated decisions about their health.
This program “provides a step-by-step guide to developing healthy habits, making the process less overwhelming and more achievable,” shared Sloan. “Structured support helps keep participants on track and motivated.”
The system embraces a holistic approach that “addresses all aspects of health, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being,” Sloan added. “This comprehensive approach ensures that participants are not just losing weight but also improving their overall quality of life.”
Additionally, the system offers a supportive community with personalized coaching, applying “accountability, encouragement, and shared experiences,” which Sloan says, “are vital for long-term success.”
The system inspires a focus on lifelong health and sustainable lifestyle habits that promote lasting health changes, which prevents the challenges that so many face with practicing fad or yo-yo dieting.
“Overall, the Habits of Health Transformational System is essential for providing the structure, education, and support needed to achieve lasting health and wellness through the program,” said Sloan.
Sloan is extremely confident in the effectiveness of his program. It’s “worked so well for us and for our clients that we want to find ways to introduce it to more people.” He also feels that sharing it in a social setting will be a lot of fun for everyone. “I hope people will walk away inspired to get up and try again to make their lives healthier in order to enjoy life to its fullest. Just do it! We hold ourselves back so often out of fear or the unknown, so just come and relax, learn, and have fun with us.”
