• Wyo’pa Hoagie Wagon is offering lunch.
For 11 years, the annual Spooktacular Harvest Craft Fair has brought Autumn delight to Star Valley each October. This year’s fair is scheduled for Saturday, October 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Thayne Community Center on 250 Van Not Parkway in Thayne.
Organizer Celeste Draney expressed her excitement to SVI Media about plans for the fair and new features offered this year. Lunch will be available from the Wyo’pa Hoagie Wagon, which offers hot and cold Hoagie sandwiches, deep fried favorites and yoghurt treats for dessert. “I’m really excited about that.”
Draney’s plans are filling the community center gym and hallways with a variety of “fun vendors” and artists offering handmade crafts and goods that include candles, quilts, items for infants and children, wreaths, tumblers, clothing, hats, caramels, keychains, crocheted and knitted items, books, jewelry, fabric crafts, paintings, clay, honey, lotions, jams, jellies, and baked goods, as well as Nu Skin, Scentsy and Pink Zebra products.
“We have a really good variety this year,” Draney shared. “Bring a friend and come. The weather has been so nice and warm. It’s been a beautiful fall, and there’s going to be wonderful home décor. It’s just fun to get out and enjoy good company and take a walk in the sunshine. So far, the fall has been gorgeous!” She hopes everyone will join her in celebrating the “fall spirit.”
Admission to the fair is free.
