Looking for a Self-motivated Independant individual with common sense and ability to work effeciently in an Airpark Estate with multiple buildings.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, vehicle maintenance, overseeing workers, small equipment use and clear communication skills. Must have the capacity to control expenses through receipts, excel spreadsheets and bids on projects.

Ideal applicants are a good team player, communicator and well organized with the ability to cater to the needs of owner's guests.
