General Summary: Provides administrative support to the Director Operations and the Operations Department.
Essential Job Functions:
Performs daily responsibilities such as corporate digital file maintenance, handling correspondence, coordinating schedules, providing phone support and distributing mail, and handles special projects as requested.
Prepares general correspondences, memos, presentations, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. for month end and board reports.
Maintains the department calendar; schedules, appointments, meetings, and events.
Responsible for maintaining filing system.
Monitors and keeps manager informed on status and deadlines of projects and tasks.
Administers invoicing and payment processing.
