Ford Theatre welcomes country rock artists on stage this weekend

◆ Bailey and Terrana present something straight off the Nashville stage.

Up and coming country rock artists J. Marc Bailey and Jeneen Terrana are booked to play the Ford Theatre this Friday evening, May 20, at 7:30 p.m.

“We are very excited to host J Marc Bailey and Jeneen Terrana,” commented Salt River Art’s representative Daphne Arbizu in an interview with SVI News. “J. Marc has recently made Top 10 in new music weekly charts with his song, “I Can’t Stop You.” Jeneen just finished shooting a music video for her single, “Should I Have the Tequila.”

In their “East Meets West” tour, Bailey and Terrana bring Nashville directly to the Afton stage in a singular and intimate country performance.

For 20 years, Bailey has performed throughout the US, headlining his own shows and working with or opening for stars like Blake Shelton, Little Texas, Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert, Joe Diffie, Colt Ford, Restless Heart, Joe Nichols and Diamond Rio to name a few. Terrana has performed all over the US and Europe, with appearances on Food Network and BBC Radio.

Terrana’s musical roots lie in Country and Americana, while Bailey’s come straight out of Chris LeDoux, George Strait, Willie Nelson, AC/DC, Bryan Adams, Boston and The Eagles. On his Facebook page, he confesses that he is also a “recovering fishing addict.”

“$12 is a steal for tickets,” exclaimed Arbizu. “We hope everyone will come out and show them that Star Valley loves country music!”

Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at eventbrite.com.

Both Teranna and Bailey joined Duke Dance in the SVI Radio studio Friday. Below is a portion of an original song they will perform Friday night. Find the full interview at SVInews.com/radio or on the radio page of the SVI News App.
