Memorial service for Philip Grosjean

A memorial service for Philip Grosjean will be held on Saturday, November 4, at 1 p.m. in the Afton LDS Tabernacle.

Visitation will take place on Friday, November 3, from 6-8 p.m. at Schwab Mortuary in Afton and also from 12-12:45 p.m. prior to the memorial service at the Tabernacle.

  3. My deepest sympathies to the Grosjean family. Phil was a great man in which I enjoyed working with for over 14 years at the SV Independent. He left his mark on the many photographs for many residents of Star Valley. I’ll miss you Phil. Love and peace to Pepper!

    We were shocked to learn of Phil’s passing. We thought he was doing well. We loved seeing the two of you up Swift Creek fishing and enjoying nature. The two of you were always together, and we know the loss you will feel. Our love and sympathy are with you! Love you both!

  7. Dear Pepper and family, I am sorry to hear about Phil. He lived a long and productive life. I always enjoyed seeing you and visiting with you in the store. I looked forward to seeing you both whenever I came to the Valley. Phil was a good guy as well as a good friend. We enjoyed exchanging jokes and just visiting. He touched the lives of many people in the Valley.
