Senator Lummis releases statement on Electoral College votes; capitol mob
Still in her first week as a U.S. Senator, Wyoming’s Cynthia Lummis released the following statement after the unrest at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.
Lummis was among seven U.S. Senators to sign on to challenge the Pennsylvania election results yesterday. Prior the violence at the U.S. Capitol, Lummis differed in opinion on the responsibility of Congress with her predecessor Liz Cheney who is Wyoming’s lone House Representative.
