Star Valley Ranch continues with road and bridge improvements in 2025.

Mayor Ru Rock reports, replacement of the Hardman Bridge on Cedar Creek is underway and continues to move forward this week.

“The prefabricated concrete bridge pieces have already begun arriving,” Mayor Rok advised. “For the remainder of this week, traffic delays can be expected on Cedar Creek Drive due to semi-trucks unloading at the Hardman Bridge construction site.”

Middle Branch Drive will serve as a detour during the construction.

“The town expects the Hardman Bridge Project to be completed around the first week of May,” she added.

The completed Middle Branch Bridge, also on Cedar Creek, opened for vehicle and pedestrian traffic on April 10th, following replacement.

“The Middle Branch Bridge replacement project got underway last December, however work on that project could not be completed before winter set in,” the mayor said.

Star Valley Ranch closed the Middle Branch Bridge in 2022 after an assessment identified erosion, structural instability, and settlement as safety concerns for this crossing.

A later assessment of the Hardman Bridge found similar structural concerns.

The mayor noted both crossings were constructed prior to incorporation of the town.
