A candidate among six individuals interviewed by Lincoln County School District No. 2 has been selected to fill an open board position.
Tim Teichert of Cokeville was the selected candidate and will be sworn in prior to the May 14, board meeting. Teichert will fill an open board position left vacant after the resignation of Kade Wilkes who came out on top of the 2024 election for Area 1.
Other candidates who applied and interviewed for the position were Todd Dayton, Michael Kelly, Lenn Johnson, Mark Vierig and Brian McClure.
Mr. Teichert will fill that position until the election of 2026.
