Star Valley Health Physical Therapy in Alpine is now open.  Shannon Linford, Therapy Service Manger said apportionments are now being accepted for the new location.

She introduced the clinic’s provider. “We’re excited to introduce Shelbey Magee, PT, as the first provider at our Alpine therapy clinic. Shelbey offers general physical therapy and also specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction for both men and women. Her areas of focus include pain during or after intercourse, incontinence, urinary urgency or frequency, constipation, heaviness, diastasis recti, and more. She’s passionate about helping patients understand that just because these symptoms are common, doesn’t mean they’re normal—and they can be treated.”

The Therapy Service Manager further explained, “Many people don’t realize that pelvic floor issues can contribute to symptoms like urinary urgency, pain with intimacy, prolapse, constipation, and even chronic back or hip pain.”
