Through resolution, the Star Valley Ranch Town Council has approved a bid for water meter replacement.

At their December 9 meeting, the council approved $497,264.98 for a 1,250 meter purchase that will include the associated software.

Installation of the new meters is planned in early spring, pending weather conditions. Some installation may start sooner as the meters arrive, allowing for software coordination work.

Additional work in the December Town Council included annexation and plat approvals.

The Mountain Estates Subdivision is under consideration for annexation. The annexation will be worked through the three-reading process in the coming months.

Plat Amendments for Plat 15, lot 56 and 57 were approved, along with Plat 17, Lots 49 and 50.

Planning workshops will be held on the second Tuesdays at 10 a.m.

A special town council meeting was held December 16 to address legal matters and a variance in open session for Plat 19, Lot 2.

Culvert repairs at the intersection of Hardman Drive and Middle Branch have been completed  and the road is now open.
