The Wyoming Cowboys welcome the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels to the Arena-Auditorium on Tuesday evening for an 8 p.m. start. It will be the only meeting between the schools this season with the contest being aired on CBS Sports Network.
Fans can listen to the contest, as well as follow stats on GoWyo.com. The game will be broadcast live on radio over the 26 affiliate stations of the Cowboy Sports Network with Keith Kelley on the call and Kevin McKinney on Color.

Wyoming heads into the contest with a 10-4 overall record and a 1-2 mark in conference play after falling on the road at New Mexico. The Pokes are scoring 83.1 points per game for third in the conference this season. UW is allowing 71.8 points per night. UW is shooting 47.3 percent from the field with the opposition shooting 43.2 percent. UW hits 8.3 triples per game with opponents adding 6.3. Wyoming averages 38.8 rebounds per game to lead the conference this season.
UNLV heads into the contest with a 7-6 overall record and a 2-0 mark in conference play after defeating Air Force on Saturday. The Runnin’ Rebels adds 80.7 points per game and allow 75.7 points per game. UNLV is shooting 46 percent from the field and hold opponents to 42.7 percent. An excellent team on the glass, UNLV adds 28.5 per game this season. The Runnin’ Rebels also record 9.2 steals per game and add 4.6 blocks per night.
About The Players
Wyoming is led in scoring this season by Leland Walker at 13.6 points per game. He also adds a team-high 3.8 assists per game, which ranks seventh in the conference. Nasir (Naz) Meyer adds 13.1 points per game this season and adds 4.9 rebounds per game. He is shooting 51.2 percent from the field. Khaden Bennett adds 9.6 points per game and ranks second on the team with 4.8 rebounds per night. He is second on the team with 37 helpers on the season along with Meyer.
The Runnin’ Rebels are led by Dravyn Gibbs-Lawhorn at 16.9 points per game. He is leading the team with 27 three-pointers, as he adds 3.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game. Kimani Hamilton adds 12.6 points per game and five rebounds. Tyrin Jones adds 10.8 points and shoots 64 percent from the field. Issac Williamson adds 10.7 points per game.

The Pokes trail the all-time series to UNLV by a mark of 47-21 in a series that dates back to 1966. Wyoming is 16-14 all-time against UNLV in Laramie.
