Antique Tractor & Equipment Show in Freedom on Saturday

Joseph I. Hart of Thayne shown on a tractor in a 1938 photo. The Farmall F20 was the first rubber-tired tractor in Star Valley. The tractor, plow, mower, 8 ft wide disc and a buck rake were purchased for $1,794 in July 1936 from Brog and Hemmert’s hardware and machinery business in Afton. The Star Valley Historical Society is hosting the Antique Tractor & Equipment Show at The Freedom Ball Park on Saturday October 11, 2025, from 10 a.m. until 3p.m. The public is invited to stop by for a fun time visiting with friends & neighbors while viewing the show. Everyone is encouraged to bring their old tractors & equipment to display. Most old tractors have a story so bring some history to share.
