The Turning Point’s Hall of Trees Chili Cook-Off and Dessert Bake-Off is set to take place this Thursday, December 4, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the South Lincoln Training and Event Center. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever, featuring a range of festive activities for all ages. Guests can enjoy memorable photos with Santa and participate in a Tree Decorating Contest, where attendees can showcase their creativity for a chance to win the coveted People’s Choice Award.

Food enthusiasts will be excited about the Chili Cook-Off, which requires cooks to bring at least 2 gallons of chili and any special toppings, along with warming equipment to keep the chili hot. While sign-ups have now closed for cooks, we still invite everyone to come and taste the delicious offerings. The winner will take home a cash prize!

Dessert bakers were also encouraged to participate, serving delectable treats to share with everyone, with a 1st place cash prize awarded in each category.

A Silent Auction will provide attendees the chance to bid on exciting items, with all proceeds going to support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Lincoln County.
