• Meetings will take place February 2 and 10

The Town of Afton invites all community members to join two crucial public meetings this February concerning a major subdivision application near the High School and Middle School.

The first meeting will occur on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the large conference room at Afton Town Hall hosted by the Planning and Zoning Board. This session will focus on collecting public input, protests, and comments related to the subdivision project, which aims to improve the town’s residential options.

Following this, the Afton Town Council will hold a second meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. also at Town Hall.

Key documents pertaining to the application, including a detailed Master Plan and a Traffic Impact Study, will be available for public review at Town Hall before both meetings.
