Multiple sirens went off on Tuesday morning at approximately 7:50 a.m. as EMS crews from Star Valley EMS and other agencies responded to reports of a four-vehicle accident that took place on U.S. 89 where the road transitions from two to five lanes on the north end of Afton.
Multiple ambulances were on the scene and traffic was delayed for approximately 20 minutes as officials worked.
