◆ Admission is free to view seventeen artistic performances of all sorts and varieties.
Star Valley Arts Council is preparing their “Stars in the Valley Spring Fling,” which will take place May 15 at 7 p.m. in the Star Valley High School Auditorium.
“We’ve had so much success and such great interest in the “Stars in the Valley Christmas Concert” that we decided to bring a spring show to the valley as well, to give our community one more annual opportunity to showcase their artistic talent,” SVAC Director, Tim Hale, told SVI.
December, like most of 2020, came and went without the arts community in Star Valley enjoying what has become a favorite Christmas event. The “Spring Fling” is a celebration of artistic reopening in the community and the perfect time to feature some cheer and quality entertainment.
“About 17 artistic performances of all sorts and varieties will be on display at this event, and all from home-grown community talent,” said Hale. “We’ll have tap dancers, violinists, vocal duets and soloists, harps, clarinets…and even a comedian!”
If you loved the “Stars in the Valley Christmas” shows, then you’ll love “Stars in the Valley Spring Fling.” All ages are welcome, and admission is FREE! Donations will be accepted at the door, or you can donate by going to https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?donation=svac.
