ORIGINAL: WYDOT has reported that a crash is blocking all lanes of traffic on Highway 89 at milepost 103. The report was received at 12:08 p.m. on Monday, January 31
Milepost 103 is near the Silver Star Communication’s Headquarters between Thayne and Etna.
WYDOT says delays are expected.
