A brand new song from pop artist Rihanna is up for vote in this week’s Kick It or Keep It on SVI Radio. “Lift Me Up” was released on Friday, October 28 and is one of the featured songs in the new Marvel series movie “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” which is set to be released in theaters this November. The song also signals a return to music by the artist after a six year hiatus from new releases.

After releasing the song it quickly jumped up to #1 in the iTunes charts over the weekend and had more than 4 million hits on Rihanna’s YouTube channel in just 15 hours after posting. As of Sunday afternoon the music video had over 12 million total views on YouTube. The song has also had over 25 million streams on Spotify.
