Town of Afton Administrator Violet Sanderson stepped into the SVI Radio Studio on Tuesday, October 29 to provide listeners with an update on what is taking place in the town. Sanderson provided an update on the Intermittent Spring, which is the town’s water source that was covered by a rock slide earlier in the year. She also gave updates on a project to expand the sewer lagoons, a partnership with Silver Star to provide Wi-Fi downtown and in the parks and an update on the new star and the lighting options in contains.

At the end of the conversation, Sanderson discussed in depth the Special Use Sales Tax proposal which will be on the ballot across Lincoln County in next week’s General Election.
