POWER COUNTY — The Power County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed deputies arrested 25-year-old Chay Blair of Brigham City, Utah in relation to a homicide that occurred in Utah Wednesday morning.

In a news release, the Power County Sheriff’s Office says Blair was pursued by sheriff deputies and police through the City of American Falls. He was later apprehended on State Highway 39 near mile marker 6 after his vehicle was spiked by American Falls Police.

KSL.com reports 27-year-old Cody Henderson of Ohio was found dead in a Willard garage and investigators believe he died due to blunt force trauma.
A possible motive for the killing was not known Wednesday.

Blair is being held in the Power County Jail on a charge of felony eluding officers.
