Since then, the community has donated to account at the three Bank of Star Valley locations as well as a GoFundMe account set up by family members of those impacted.
Here is the latest update on Teylor Dunn and Anthyn Titensor via Facebook Thursday evening, August 7.
“Anthyn is getting ready to go home today. He’s done great with his therapy and eating well enough that the doctors feel he’s ready to handle the remainder of his recovery at home.”
“Teylor went through a very long surgery yesterday and seems to be adapting well to things today. She had her first skin graft yesterday and that’s also looking good today. Doctors are hopeful they can remove her ventilator next week which will be sooner than they expected.”
“I will begin drawing funds from this campaign today and splitting the deposits between the two Bank of Star Valley accounts that have been set up for Teylor and Anthyn.”
“Thanks to all of you, we have successfully raised 91% of this $30,000 goal. This is an amazing accomplishment, especially in such a short time. The families are so grateful and appreciative of everyone’s love, support, and prayers. However, our goal that was set for this fundraiser will not even begin to cover their medical expenses. Please keep it in your hearts to continue sharing and giving as much as you can – either through this fundraiser or their BOSV accounts. Thank you again!!!”
A T-shirt fundraiser will also be taking place the final two days of the fair with “Teylor Tough” and “Anthyn Strong” shirts. The shirts are being donated by Outlaw T’s. Shirts can be found at the Outlaw T’s booth at the fair and near the grandstand at the rodeos Friday and Saturday. All proceeds benefit the victims. $15 each. Other vendors at the fair are also donating tips and/or some of their own proceeds.
