Firefighters were able to quickly contain a wild fire Thursday afternoon near the Long View Estates subdivision southwest of Cokeville. The Cokeville Fire Department, BLM, Kemmerer Fire Department, Lincoln County Road and Bridge and even local farmers all responded to quickly contain the blaze. The fire was held to just 60 acres and remains under investigation by the BLM.
