JACKSON, WY.  Celebrate Mother’s Day with the Jackson Hole Chorale at Snow King Resort on Sunday, May 12th @ 4:00 p.m.!   Enjoy a concert of Broadway favorites sung by the Chorale’s choirs, a short segment of Broadway music performed by the Jazz Foundation of Jackson Hole, followed by music for dancing after the concert.  Snow King’s Haydens Post restaurant is open before and after the concert for drinks and a bite to eat, and Snow King is providing a Mimosa Bar during the concert taking place in the Grand Teton Ballroom.  A surprise gift for all the mom’s attending will be handed out as this hour-long concert concludes.  A special display by Teton Plein Air Painters of their artworks will be set up for viewing before and after the concert just outside the ballroom doors.  Join us for this FREE family friendly entertainment – all under one roof @ Snow King Resort on Mother’s Day, May 12th.

“Broadway at Snow King features familiar Broadway musical medleys – West Side Story, Porgy & Bess, Les Miserables – presented by the larger choir, and a Cole Porter medley performed by the Jackson Hole Chorale “Singers”, our newly formed smaller choir.  For many who have experienced the magic of Broadway music, our repertoire of choral music brings back the story being told leaving a lasting impression on both the audience and singers,” comments Ron Fabry, Chorale Director.

Juline Christofferson, Chorale Board President, shares, “We have been planning this concert since last fall coordinating with Snow King Resort and spending months in rehearsals to learn and finalize this familiar and memorable music.  We are proud to be bringing quality choral arts to our community.”

Supported in part by a grant from the Wyoming Arts Council through funding from the Wyoming State Legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts, the Center of Wonder Arts for All and the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole.  For more information visit our website http://jacksonholechorale.org/ <http://jacksonholechorale.org/> .
