JB Plumbing is looking for a full-time Service Coordinator to join our Jackson team!
The key job responsibilities are to support JB Plumbing and Delcon (our sister company) with general administrative/office support, service coordination and billing, and project administrative support.
Specifically, you will:
Professionally answer phones and greet visitors and employees, providing excellent customer service.
Help organize and optimize office operations and procedures.
Enter AP and credit card receipts into the accounting software, ensuring proper coding. May assist with other accounting administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate inbound requests for service, collaborating with Service Technicians and the Manager with scheduling.
