CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Board of Education (SBE) will convene its regularly scheduled meeting at 9 a.m. on January 18. The meeting will be virtual and is open to the public.
The SBE will receive a report on the study completed by Marzano Research for the Wyoming Accountability in Education Act (WAEA), including study findings and recommendations. The board will also hear updates on the RIDE competency-based learning pilots happening in nine school districts, an initiative of the Wyoming’s Future of Learning Collaborative.
All SBE meetings are open to the public. The public may attend the meeting virtually by registering in advance here. After registering, participants will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
