Sept. 4, 2025 – It is time for Powerball players to check their tickets, as a ticket worth $2 million was won by one lucky player after the Sept. 3 drawing.

The winning ticket, which was a Quick Pick, was sold at the Loaf n’ Jug located at 3036 College Dr., Rock Springs, Wyo.

The jackpot for Powerball continues to grow, reaching $1.7 billion. This is the third highest jackpot in Powerball history.

“We are very excited to have a millionaire winner in Wyoming. It may not be the jackpot, but it certainly is life changing, and we can’t wait to hand the winner a big check!” said Jon Clontz, WyoLotto CEO.

This would be the first millionaire winner for Wyoming in 2025. A million dollar winner was sold in Evanston on December 24. 2024 and then just last summer, a $1,417,663 jackpot was sold at AJ’s Discount Liquor in Afton.
