Officials involved with the Willow Creek Fire which first started burning on August 22, are now describing the area as 53% contained as of September 4.
The fire is holding steady at 4,065 acres according to the most recent date from the Bridger-Teton National Forest. Over 400 personnel have been involved with the effort.
Forest officials anticipate full containment of the Willow Creek Fire on September 15.
