Star Valley FFA is conducting a raffle offering a quarter beef to the winning ticket holder. Proceeds from the raffle will go toward covering travel costs for members of the chapter to attend the National FFA Convention October 29-November 1 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
“With this raffle, you will be entered into a drawing to receive a quarter of a beef from Circle H Ranch,” said Victor Hardesty, Advisor to the SVFFA and owner of the Circle H, in an interview with SVI Media. “As always, this cow is grass fed and finished. Our cattle do not receive any grains, antibiotics, hormones, or vaccinations. This is the cleanest, healthiest, all-natural beef you will ever get.”
The drawing is scheduled for Friday, October 10. Ticket prices are $20 per ticket or 6 tickets for $100. Orders can be placed online, and the processed meat will be shipped to any winner that is not local to Star Valley.

“Your winnings will include a mix of premium cuts, everyday favorites, and versatile staples,” said Hardesty. A quarter cow is approximately 90–130 pounds, which fills four cubic feet of freezer space. The 20-30 steak cuts in a quarter beef include Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt and Flat Iron.
A quarter beef offers three to five Chuck, Sirloin Tip, Rump or halved Brisket roasts, which are “fantastic for meal prepping and family dinners.” Ground Beef is the most abundant product in any Circle H order, with a quarter cow yielding 35–50 pounds of ground beef.
“We love supporting our youth and helping them grow,” said Hardesty, encouraging friends and neighbors of Star Valley FFA to use the QR code on this page in support of Star Valley’s local chapter of future Agriculture leaders.
