An Osmond man has been sentenced after accepting a plea deal shortly before a jury trial began. Kenneth Shane Clark, 56, agreed to plead No Contest to charges of Felony Voyeurism and Misdemeanor Sexual Battery. Clark made the plea on March 2, shortly after a jury had been seated and the case was set to go to trial. As part of the plea agreement, charges for the manufacture of child pornography were dropped while a charge for sexual abuse of a minor was changed to sexual battery.

District Court Judge Joseph Bluemel sentenced Clark the following day on March 3. On the Voyeurism charge he was given 4-5 years in the Wyoming Department of Corrections, however the sentence was suspended for a period of three years of supervised probation. For the sexual battery charge Clark was sentenced to 30 days in the Lincoln County Detention Center in Kemmerer. He was also ordered to pay a total of $575 in fines.

The charges against Clark stem from domestic abuse that occurred in 2023 and 2024. Clark was initially arrested and charged in late 2024.
